Rituals.

At Yogamya, rituals are the heartbeats of remembrance—moments where the ordinary becomes sacred.

They are not bound by religion, but woven from timeless traditions, elemental wisdom, and mindful intention.

Each ritual is an invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the rhythms of nature.

Our Rituals may include:

Sacred Openings & Closings: fire or candle ceremonies, cacao rituals, water blessings

Elemental Practices: grounding with earth, cleansing with water, releasing into fire, breath of air, sound of ether

Body & Breath Rituals: mudras, mantras, pranayama, and mindful movement

Seasonal & Lunar Ceremonies: new moon intention circles, full moon releasing, solstice and equinox gatherings

Community Circles: storytelling, gratitude journaling, and shared silence.
