  • Mala beads are a sacred counting tool used in meditation and prayer, traditionally strung in 108 beads — a number considered deeply significant in Hindu, Buddhist and yogic traditions. Hold your mala in your right hand and use your thumb to move bead to bead with each breath or mantra. The larger guru bead marks the beginning and end of your practice and is never passed over. Between practices, malas can be worn as a reminder of your intentions.

  • Singing bowls produce rich sound vibrations that work with the body's energy field to promote deep relaxation and healing. The resonance slows brainwave activity, shifting the nervous system from stress into stillness. They are used in meditation, sound healing and yoga to clear stagnant energy, open the chakras and create a sacred space for practice.
