Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised products, including custom yoga mats made to order

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

Because these items are made or set aside specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on them unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at +91 9810598009 within 7 days of receiving your order. Please have your order number ready so we can assist you quickly.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of use or damage not present at delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size, colour, or product instead of a refund, let us know when you contact us and we'll do our best to arrange it, subject to availability.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at +91 9810598009 within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we'll cover the cost.
